The Moth & Moon Fae Ball, is an enchanting fantasy event that transports attendees into a fairytale-inspired realm filled with mystical performances, themed decor, and elegant costumes. Held at The Pioneer in Calgary, this event features magical experiences like choreographed dances, curated cocktails, and stunning photo opportunities. To capture the night’s ethereal ambiance, our digital photo booth was an ideal addition, allowing guests to take whimsical photos with custom, enchanting backdrops and instantly share their memories. This added a modern yet magical touch to an unforgettable evening of music, dancing, and immersive fantasy.

Ethnik Festivals Association

For the Ethnik Festivals Association, we had the pleasure of bringing our 360 photo booth experience to one of Calgary’s most vibrant cultural celebrations. As part of the Ethnik Festival of Arts and Culture, which celebrates Afro-Canadian and Caribbean traditions, our booth became a hub for festival-goers to capture dynamic moments in an atmosphere filled with music, dance, and creativity. Strathmore Stampede Fright Night

The Strathmore Fright Night is an annual Halloween celebration hosted by the Strathmore Agricultural Society, featuring events for families and adults. The festivities include the "Boo Bash" on Friday with fun family-friendly activities such as pumpkin carving and a spooky maze, while Saturday night caters to an adult audience with Halloween-themed entertainment.

Our 360 photo booth was a hit at this event. It captured the evening's eerie excitement and gave attendees a fun way to remember their experience with spooky photos to share and enjoy.

Cowboys: 360 Photo Booth Fun at Calgary's Legendary Nightclub

Partnering with Cowboys, one of Calgary’s most iconic entertainment venues, was a thrilling experience. Known for hosting some of the city’s biggest parties, concerts, and events, Cowboys was the perfect backdrop for our 360 photo booth. Guests got to capture all the energy and excitement of the nightclub’s dynamic atmosphere, whether they were enjoying a concert, a special event, or just a night out with friends. Our booth added an extra layer of fun, allowing party-goers to take home shareable, 360-degree memories from their Cowboys experience. It was a wild ride, and we loved every moment!

The Unicorn on 4 end-of-year party was a lively and memorable celebration. This well-loved pub, known for its vibrant atmosphere and fun events, brought its community together for a night of festivities and camaraderie. Our 360 photo booth added a dynamic twist to the party, allowing guests to create immersive videos capturing all the excitement from every angle. At the Southern Alberta Risk and Insurance Management Society (SAIRMS) event, our 360 photo booth provided a lively and interactive experience for attendees. The Raindrop Gala is a meaningful annual charity event that raises funds and awareness for global poverty initiatives, supporting projects by the Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC). Set for April 27, 2024, at the TELUS Spark Science Centre in Calgary, the gala emphasizes community involvement and solidarity in addressing poverty.

This year, our 360 photo booth will add a fun element to the evening, capturing unforgettable moments as attendees unite to make a positive impact. With 100% of proceeds directed to the World Partnership Walk, the event highlights the power of collective action in creating change.

Night to Shine

Night to Shine is a heartwarming event that provides an unforgettable prom night experience for individuals with special needs, focusing on love and celebration. Sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, the event creates an atmosphere of joy, complete with red carpet entrances, makeup stations, limousine rides, and a crowning ceremony where every guest is honored. In Calgary, this marks the first year that Night to Shine will be hosted, partnering with organizations like Experience Church and Hope for Cerebral Palsy. With a variety of activities planned, including dancing and karaoke, the event promises to be a magical night that participants will cherish forever.
